Collection, processing and use of personal data
You can visit our site without providing any personal details.
We only collect personal data if you voluntarily allow us to do so when you place an order for goods or when you open a customer account. We will then only use the data you provide without your separate consent to fulfil and complete your order. When the contract has been fulfilled completely and the purchase price has been paid in full your data will be blocked from further use and deleted after the expiry of the deadlines set out in tax and commercial law regulations unless you have given your express consent for your data to be used further.
If you register for our newsletter, we will use your email address for commercial purposes until you unsubscribe. You can unsubsribe at any time.
We shall save the text of the contract and shall send you the order data and our General Terms of Business by email. The General Terms of Business can be viewed at any time at www.der-teesommelier.de . For security reasons the details of your order will not be accessible on the internet once you have submitted your order.
A so-called session cookie will be set when you open certain pages to enable you to place an order in our online shop. This is a small text file which is automatically deleted from your computer after the end of the browser session. This file is used exclusively to enable certain applications to be used, for example our shopping cart system.
We secure our website and other systems by technical and organisational measures to prevent the loss, destruction, access, modification and disclosure of your data by unauthorised persons. As soon as your data is handed over to our payment provider, the data will be encrypted by our payment provider.
Access to your customer account is only possible after you enter your personal password. You should always treat your access information in confidence and close the browser window when you have finished communication with us, particularly if you use the computer together with orders.

The warranty complies with the statutory regulations although in the event that the goods are defective we shall first supply replacement goods if you so choose. If the replacement goods are also defective, you may return the goods and receive a full reimbursement of the purchase price or retain the goods and reduce the price.
